- Representing a life insurance company in a series of labor disputes regarding pension and severance pay.
- Advising international and local non-life insurance companies, reinsurers and insurance brokers on coverage issues of various insurance products, e.g., D&O Liability, Product Liability, Product Recall, Banker Blanket Bond, Pollution Public Liability, Erection All Risk, Commercial General Liability, Professional Indemnity Liability, Reinsurance.
- Representing international and local non-life insurance companies in various insurance litigations, e.g., Construction Liability, Products Liability, Commercial General Liability, Banker Blanket Bond.
- Representing banks in factoring-related disputes and litigations.
- Defending an ex-listed company against a class action of US$250,000,000 filed by the Investors Protection Center.
- Representing a cement importer/ distributor against a charge by the Fair Trade Commission of establishing a cement cartel with other local cement producers and distributors.
- Representing a BOT project applicant in administrative litigation against Taipei County Government.
- Representing an IC designing house in trade secrets misappropriation litigations filed in US and Taiwan.
- Representing victims residing in a radiation-contaminated building in Taiwan to win one of the largest state compensation claims, the first and only case in Taiwanese legal history involving long-term radiation contamination.
- Successfully petitioning the Grand Justice to annul statutory provisions related to activities of police on the ground of unconstitutionality.
