Representative Clients, Cases or Matters
- With knowledge and experience on civil procedures and relevant laws and regulations, Mr. Chu participates in the team to solve disputes for both local and foreign clients by preparing briefs and attending hearings. He also provides the clients with advice regarding the laws and regulations in some M&A cases. Furthermore, he reviews work rules, employment agreements, mutual termination agreements and other labor related documents to help clients comply with local employment laws and regulations. He also represents and defends clients in high-profile criminal charges.
